Spiritual Maturity

The bible teach us that man was created to lead but we know that leadership depend on defined criteria expressed in l Timothy Chapter 3 and Titus chapter 2 around and upon which every man build his life whether to govern his home or lead in the church. Among those we find Godliness, justice, self-control, moderation, commitment to the word of God, faithfulness etc.
Spiritual maturity, when it comes to describing a man’s devotion to God and to his divine mission, is man’s first credential. It is not function of someone’s chronological age nor on his fleshly ability to do things, but it derive from a submissive to God principle and man’s intimacy with the Holy Spirit. A young man can be spiritually mature, following the steps of Jesus Christ, he becomes a loving and faithful husband, a dedicated and caring father, having passion for God’s work. Such man will carry good testimony and will go through the years blameless simply because his moral character will not rise any doubt or objection among people surrounding him. He maybe not perfect because only Jesus was perfect, but he will be a man according God design.
